Volonte Anti-Spam Policy
Volonte does not send unsolicited commercial email and does not permit any third party to advertise volonte.co or any Volonte service by unsolicited email.
- Volonte sends email only to (a) individuals with whom Volonte has an existing business relationship or who have directly contacted Volonte, and (b) employees of client organizations who have been enrolled in a change management program by their employer under a commercial agreement with Volonte.
- Volonte does not purchase, rent, harvest or otherwise acquire email addresses from third parties.
- Volonte operates no affiliate, referral or reseller program that permits promotion of Volonte by email. No third party is authorized to send email on Volonte’s behalf or referencing volonte.co.
- Clients using the Volonte platform are contractually required to provide only recipient addresses of their own personnel or of individuals from whom they have obtained appropriate permission. Violation is grounds for suspension of service.
- Recipients may opt out of any Volonte communication at any time by contacting office@volonte.co. Requests are honoured promptly.
- Suspected abuse of Volonte’s systems or domain may be reported to office@volonte.co.
